Major trade between the Canadiens and the Jets involving McGroarty: an update

The name Rutger McGroarty is increasingly circulating within the Canadiens' organization, and it appears that Kent Hughes is very interested in the young man.
With 52 points in 36 games in the NCAA, there's plenty to be interested in. It's a formidable performance, and he's a player with a lot of talent.
The problem is that he has clear demands. He wants to play in the NHL as soon as next season, and he wants quality playing time, including power play time.
We learned yesterday that this is what is cooling Kent Hughes and several other GMs, but a Slovak media outlet has proposed a different scenario.
According to HockejKaweb, the Jets are currently rejecting an offer made by Kent Hughes.
We can see the connection between the Slovak site and Filip Mesar. The first-round pick included in this offer is the one acquired by taking on
Sean Monahan's contract.
Justin Barron or Jordan Harris could therefore leave the team, according to the site.
Would you accept such an offer?
