Some Montreal fans might recognize the name, as he participated in this year's training camp. Aged 24, the 6'3" and 215-pound forward played the last season with Northeastern University in the NCAA, collecting a total of 12 points in 35 games.
He also joined the Allen Americans in the ECHL towards the end of the last campaign, instantly becoming a leading forward within the lineup. In just 14 games, Novak scored seven times and added five assists, thus achieving a total of 12 points.
It will be very interesting to follow his performances with Trois-Rivières in 2023-2024, as he is sure to bring a significant offensive contribution to Ron Choules' offense.
