Justin Braun has officially announced his retirement from the NHL after 13 seasons.
Justin first entered the league in 2010 after being drafted in the 7th round of the 2007 draft by the San Jose Sharks.
Braun spent 9 seasons with the Sharks before being traded to the Flyers.
He spent three seasons with the Flyers, and had a brief stint in the 2021-22 season with the Rangers before returning to Philadelphia, where he finished his career.
Justin played in 842 regular-season games, scoring 199 points as a defensive defenseman.
Justin Braun was a highly respected defenseman in the NHL, who played a total of 51 solid games for the Philadelphia Flyers this season, with a -1 differential. This is a notable achievement for a Flyers player, given the team's season difficulty.
At the age of 36, Braun has decided to retire after a brilliant career. Let us remember that he also played 119 playoff games. We can salute his career and wish him good luck in his future projects.
