Excellent news for the Canadiens and their fans as Sean Monahan makes a big announcement

In a press conference, forward Sean Monahan announced that he is on track for a perfect return to health! He will be back on the ice in less than two weeks! He also announced his clear desire to come back and play for the Montreal Canadiens
"I would love to come back to Montreal. I haven't played enough at the Bell Centre. I used to get chills when I jumped on the ice." - Sean Monahan.
"Monahan played through a fractured foot against the Flames in Calgary. He then suffered a groin injury." - J-F Chaumont
The Canadiens' #91 also said that he regretted playing with a broken foot, and in compensating for it, he suffered the groin injury which ultimately ended his season.
