During his appearance on the podcast Le Support Athlétique of Marc Antoine Grondin and Arpon Basu, Jordan Harris addressed several topics concerning the NHL, but he also provided an important update on his health.
Recall that the defenseman had missed the last five games of the Canadiens due to a lower-body injury suffered against the Carolina Hurricanes on April 1st.
Although the organization mentioned that the defenseman would be evaluated on a day-to-day basis and that it was only a minor injury, he has not yet been cleared by doctors to resume skating.
"I need to go back to Montreal to get clearance and start skating again. I'm still in rehabilitation at the moment."
It is somewhat concerning to see that after five weeks of inactivity, Jordan Harris's rehabilitation is still not complete.
We strongly hope that the 22-year-old defenseman will be able to resume training soon to be in top form when the next training camp begins.
The third round pick in 2018 has recorded three goals and 14 assists in 65 games this season, becoming an important pillar within Martin St. Louis's defensive unit.
