While many experts mentioned Patrick Roy among the potential candidates for the coaching position, it is apparently Mike Babcock, former of the Toronto Maple Leafs, who will lead the team next season.
According to information reported by Darren Dreger, the official announcement is being delayed due to his current contract with the Leafs, which expires at the end of June.
