The Canadiens Will Have a New Well-Known Journalist Covering the Team
The Canadiens have a new journalist assigned to their coverage on TVA Sports, and he's already a familiar face in Montreal.
Indeed, the promoted journalist is none other than the outstanding Anthony Martineau, who has been with the sports channel for several years and has done an impressive job covering prospects.
«It's with immense pride that I announce my appointment as a journalist covering the Canadiens for TVA Sports.
This has been a goal of mine since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, and one that has informed countless past decisions.
The trust of my bosses means a lot to me.
Thank you to everyone who, at one point or another, shared the journey leading me to this new chapter.
Here's to a season I intend to fully experience with all of you!
We're going to have fun!»
- Anthony Martineau
According to reports, the accomplished Marc-André Perreault will no longer be on the Canadiens' daily beat for the 2023-2024 season. He will notably be replaced by Anthony Martineau.
