The first season of Juraj Slafkovsky was unfortunately cut short due to a left knee injury that kept him out of the game for nearly three months.
In 39 games with the Canadiens this year, the first overall pick in the 2022 draft only managed to score four goals and six assists.
However, we have just learned in recent days that Slafkovsky's health condition seems to be greatly improving, as he is currently training in his native country of Slovakia.
We strongly hope that he will be at 100% when the next training camp begins. This second season in the NHL could have a crucial impact on his development.
