An hometown player continue his way with the Habs organization
If the end of the season finished with a whimper due to the sale of the team, the Trois-Rivières Lions are not resting on their laurels this summer. They hope to start afresh under the new ownership.
In this vein, a Quebecer who signed a contract with the team last March will return for the 2024-2025 season. Châteauguay native Tyler Hylland will be wearing the Lions' uniform this season.
Far from a position with Laval or Montreal, Hylland can still lend a hand to the Lions, having scored six points in 11 games with the Trois-Rivières team.
He is likely to be present at the training camp next September, so keep an eye out for him.

"Tyler Hylland will be back with the Lions for a second season!
He will undoubtedly contribute to the team's offense in 2024-2025!
Welcome back, Tyler!"

Excellent news!
Quebecer Tyler Hylland is back in the Montreal Canadiens organization
He has made his mark in the QMJHL with 299 games played over five seasons in the Courteau circuit.
At 26 years old, Hylland is a center standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds. He is very strong on his skates.
Before signing with Trois-Rivières in March 2024, the forward had scored 18 points in 26 games with the Concordia University Stingers.
The forward hopes to guide the Lions to a playoff spot in the 2024-2025 season!
