Carey's wife, Angela Price, confirmed a big rumor about the former Habs goaltender
As is her custom, Angela Price shared some very interesting information via her Instagram account. Indeed, while many rumors suggested that the Canadiens' goalie would be present at the Bell Centre for the first game of the year, his wife finally confirmed it all.
What wonderful news!
Will we witness an ovation as big as last season? We remember that Carey Price was warmly welcomed by Montreal fans during the inaugural game of the organization in the 2022-2023 season.
"Fans of the Montreal Canadiens will be pleased to know that goaltender Carey Price and his small family will attend the home opening game of the 2023-2024 season on October 14th at the Bell Centre." - TVA Sports
One thing's for sure, we are eagerly looking forward to seeing number 31 back on the Bell Centre ice!
During the press conference announcing his partnership with CFMOTO, Carey Price had mentioned that he wished to return to Montreal several times during the 2023-2024 season.
Without a doubt, the goalie seems to be taking his promise to heart, and we are delighted to hear that he will be around the team for this significant moment of the season.
