Juraj Slafkovsky showcased the full extent of his talent with a magnificent goal against Quentin Miller
For the last time during training camp, the four Habs squads faced off at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard today to set the stage for the traditional Red vs. White game, which will take place tomorrow afternoon starting at 1 p.m.
The first overall pick in the 2022 draft, Juraj Slafkovsky, notably showcased the full extent of his talent during the shootout session. Indeed, the Slovak served a masterful feint to goaltender Quentin Miller, allowing his team to stay in the match and ultimately win by a score of 3 to 2.
"Juraj Slafkovsky has incredible moves, and we sincerely hope he'll gain the confidence to use them in the games this season." - /r/Habs
One thing's for sure, that goal must've boosted his morale! We hope he'll come into the preseason games full of confidence, which will kick off Monday night against the New Jersey Devils.
