His offensive instinct, exceptional game vision, and skating ability make him a constantly dangerous defenseman on the ice, who notably scored in the game against the Sabres' rookies.
There is no doubt that if the defenseman can improve his game in the defensive zone, he could possibly become a real hidden gem on the Tricolore's blue line.
However, standing at five feet and eight inches, some fear that Tourigny might not be physically strong enough to win his battles along the boards, but the defenseman has shown he knows how to use his stick to snatch the puck from his opponents in such situations.
One thing is certain; it will be fascinating to see how he will perform against NHL players during the preseason.
In 44 games with HC Dukla in the Slovakian first division, the Victoriavillois collected an impressive total of 6 goals and 20 assists, ranking him 6th in points among defensemen. He is undoubtedly destined for a very promising future, and we are eager to see his true potential.
