A few minutes after the Leafs announced the hiring of Guy Boucher, a well-known coach among Montreal fans, another coach has also found a new job in the NHL.
Indeed, Kirk Muller, the former assistant coach of the Montreal Canadiens, will be joining the Washington Capitals for the upcoming season:
"Muller, 57, joins the Capitals after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant coach for the Calgary Flames. The Kingston, Ontario native brings 17 years of coaching experience in the NHL to Washington." - Washington Capitals
