Controversial statement regarding Carey Price and the Dallas Stars

Considered one of the best goaltenders in the NHL for several seasons, Carey Price has helped the Canadiens reach the Stanley Cup Finals.

Jeff Marek made a very interesting statement on Sportsnet, comparing the Canadiens' goaltender to Jake Oettinger:

The American goaltender has experienced rapid growth over the past two years, compiling a record of 67-27-12. He is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons for the Stars' success.

Jake Oettinger is even more impressive in the playoffs, with very impressive statistics:

1.000 in 2019-20

.954 in 7 games in 2021-22

.929 in 6 games so far this year

The 24-year-old goaltender has enormous potential that could make him the best goaltender in the NHL in the coming years!
