High-quality reinforcement is arriving for the Montreal Canadiens
Presently, we are content seeing the Canadiens put in effort and provide good entertainment, but sooner or later, results will have to follow. With the quality of the current roster, along with the emerging prospects and veterans in place, the Habs should progress in the coming years, and we trust that it will happen.
Not only are there gems in the current lineup, but also in the pipeline. Logan Mailloux is one to consider with the Rocket, but there are two players in NCAA who are simply dominating.
Lane Hutson has just been named defenseman of the month for the second consecutive time in the Hockey East division, while Jacob Fowler has also been named the best goaltender of the month for the second time in a row in the same division.
Hutson has 16 points in 13 games, and his production is being compared to that of Quinn Hughes and Adam Fox. It's exceptional! As for Fowler, he has an average of 1.98 and a save percentage of .931. Equally dominant.
It's worth noting that both young players are only 19 years old and are playing against men in NCAA. The future looks bright for the Canadiens, and these two players will likely play a key role in the years to come.
