The Denver Post has just revealed many details about the Valeri Nichushkin case, and it's not reassuring for fans who hoped to see the forward back with the Avalanche soon!
"The Denver Post can report that Valeri Nichushkin was involved in an incident involving the police at the team's hotel in Seattle, resulting in a woman being transported to the hospital after being found intoxicated in his room to be treated. Nichushkin left Seattle that day."
The Denver Post also mentioned that team employees found the woman in Nichushkin's hotel room at the Four Seasons, where the team was staying during their trip to Seattle.
The Avalanche's doctor concluded that the young woman was far too drunk to leave the hotel in a taxi, forcing him to call 911 around 3:20 p.m.
The 28-year-old woman told authorities that she was from Russia and "should never have come to the United States and that a guy took her passport and he was a bad person."
This story is completely concerning!
