Trade alert: The new destination of Alex DeBrincat is now known
Over the past few weeks, there have been numerous rumors circulating about a potential trade involving Alex DeBrincat, who had mentioned to the Senators' management that he did not want to sign a new contract in Ottawa.
According to information reported by Elliotte Friedman, the forward has just been traded to the Detroit Red Wings. We do not know the return obtained by Pierre Dorion, but we should have an answer very quickly.
Moreover, according to David Pagnotta, the 25-year-old right winger has signed a four-season deal with an annual value of $7.875 million with the Red Wings.
More details to follow.
