Very concerning announcement from the Canadiens after the game against the Predators
During Saturday night's game in Buffalo, forward Tanner Pearson did not finish the match after blocking a shot with his hand.
He wasn't in uniform on Sunday night either, which raised more concerns. Now it's confirmed; he will be out for a good while.
"Forward Tanner Pearson will be out for 4 to 6 weeks due to an upper-body injury."
- Montreal Canadiens
This is particularly worrisome because Pearson has a history of hand injuries, which could have ended his career last year.
Let's hope he can truly recover in 4 to 6 weeks since if his past infection issues resurface, it could really be the end for him.
