Very concerning announcement from the Montreal Canadiens regarding five players, including Brendan Gallagher
With the already heavy toll of injuries on the Canadiens, no fewer than five of the available players missed Thursday's practice due to treatments.
In Wednesday's game against the Penguins, Brendan Gallagher went to the locker room twice, so that was to be expected. Anyway, no one doubts that he would be there and give his 110% if he were healthy.
As for the other players, there's Cayden Primeau, Christian Dvorak, Michael Matheson, and Jake Evans.
It's very concerning, especially with Tanner Pearson, Kirby Dach, Alex Newhook, and Jordan Harris already sidelined, to name just a few.
Let's hope there won't be any surprises in this regard, and they'll be fit to play the next game because there aren't many options left in Laval ready for the NHL.
Furthermore, if we follow the team's logic, Cayden Primeau should be in front of the net on Saturday night.
