Chantal Machabée will receive an honor never seen before for the Habs
Chantal Machabée is highly appreciated and respected within the Canadiens' circle and the NHL in general, but it goes far beyond that. She is loved across the province, and she will be rewarded.
Indeed, it is now at the national level that she stands out, and she will achieve a first for a member of the Montreal Canadiens.
"The medal is awarded to people who deserve recognition from the representatives of the National Assembly for their career, achievements, or commitments." - DLC
So, on Tuesday, Chantal will receive a medal of honor to salute her illustrious career, which, we hope, is far from over.
It's truly incredible and fully deserved for her. Chantal has never given up, and she pursued her dream. Already, her career as a journalist has been magnificent, and her journey with the Canadiens is going rather well.
She is a role model for several generations of women trying to break into the field of communications, and now it's recognized at the national level!
