Intriguing personnel movement within the Montreal Canadiens organization
Earlier today, there was a very interesting personnel movement within the Montreal Canadiens organization.
With too many defensemen in Montreal and Laval, which led to Nicolas Beaudin's departure, notably because he wasn't playing enough to his liking, the Rocket recalled another defenseman from the Trois-Rivières Lions.
"Defenseman Chris Jandric has been recalled from the Trois-Rivières Lions."
Since joining the Lions, Jandric has recorded three assists in seven games. In eight career games in the American Hockey League, he has earned one point.
He joins an already strong defensive unit, suggesting he may be used as insurance or that the team will announce an injury or a transaction shortly.
