It is now officially over for Joshua Roy with the Montreal Canadiens this season
Joshua Roy left the Montreal Canadiens game on Saturday with an upper-body injury. He returned to Montreal for further examinations, and it's now official. His season in the NHL is over.
"Forward Joshua Roy will be out for a period of four to six weeks due to an upper-body injury." - Montreal Canadiens
Indeed, if the Rocket qualifies for the playoffs, Joshua Roy will be able to join them after his rehabilitation.
It's really unfortunate for him, as he was having some good moments. No one wishes for anyone to get injured, especially a young player who is progressing well.
Now, let's hope the Rocket can make it to the playoffs and that he can help them in their playoff run.
