Kirby Dach had a lot to say about Canadiens fans
Kirby Dach has been in Montreal since 2022, but in reality, he's only played 60 games over two seasons.
Nonetheless, we've had more than enough time to notice his immense talent, and we're really excited for his return this season.
In fact, he's been heavily covered by the media since the start of training camp, showing just how much we've missed him. Everyone is hoping he'll be able to stay healthy.
And Kirby Dach feels that support. As a guest on the Dropping Gloves podcast, the forward mentioned how much the fans have supported him, even after a year of absence.
He meets people at the grocery store, and they are polite, wishing him good health and a great season. For Kirby Dach, it's special to see people continue to believe in him.
Say what you will about Canadiens fans, but you can't take away our passion and love for the sport.
Personally, when I hear this kind of statement from a player, it makes me very proud to be a Montreal Canadiens fan and proud of our fanbase as well.
