Nick Suzuki reacts to Martin St-Louis' punishing training session
Nick Suzuki, captain of the Canadiens, spoke today to react to the punishment inflicted by Martin St-Louis.
The head coach did indeed opt for a hard, puckless skate the day after a vomiting loss to Washington.
For many, this method is reminiscent of the severity of coaches of yesteryear, and Suzuki stressed that it was a clear message.
Journalist: "What do you think the message the players should get from this practice?"
Nick Suzuki: "We haven't been good enough lately. We know what kind of team we can be, but we haven't seen that in a few weeks. Message sent. We just need to have a good game tomorrow."

The team finds itself in difficulty with a 25th place in the general standings and defensive performances that leave something to be desired.
The decision of St-Louis, which seems visibly impatient to see its players underperform, aims to awaken their fighting spirit before tomorrow's game against Pittsburgh.
Do you think that this could affect the morale of the troops? Personally, I don't believe it.
The CH fans are now hoping that the players wake up and tomorrow, the game against Sidney Crosby and the Penguins could mark a turning point in their season.
