Official statement from the Montreal Canadiens: This is excellent news
We talked about it yesterday: the Canadiens held the first edition of the "Rêvez en Grand" event on Thursday night at the Montreal Casino.
For the occasion, around twenty Canadiens players and their partners dressed up, and many people participated, all for the benefit of the Canadiens Children's Foundation.
It's a wonderful initiative from the organization, and the players got involved in large numbers, which is fantastic.
The team announced excellent news, as the proceeds were very good.
"The 1st edition of the Dream Big Casino Night raised $162,483 for the Canadiens Children's Foundation."
- Montreal Canadiens
It's truly incredible to have raised so much money in a single evening, especially for such a good cause!
