Very concerning announcement regarding Josh Anderson: His troubles are not over
Despite his challenging season, we all know the quality of player Josh Anderson is. Even if he's not producing, he puts on his work boots and comes to compete.
Martin St-Louis talked about it extensively earlier in the season before the forward started scoring. Nonetheless, his confidence remains fragile, and he struggles to get on the scoresheet, as evidenced by his 18 points in 60 games.
The last thing Josh needs is another setback, and unfortunately, that might be the case. In his last shift on the ice on Saturday night, he was hit by Ryan Reaves and appeared very uncomfortable on the team's bench.
"Josh Anderson is being looked at on the Canadiens bench. Appeared to hurt himself after being hit by Ryan Reaves on last shift. In some discomfort." - Arpon Basu
We will learn more about his condition in the coming hours, but an injury, no matter how minor, is not the best scenario for him right now.
