Nick Suzuki teammates with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl: That's what just happened for the All-Star Game
For a moment, Nick Suzuki will be teammates with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. He was drafted onto the same team as them for the All-Star Game.
The Canadiens' captain was the 8th player selected, behind Connor Hellebuyck, David Pastrnak, Rasmus Dahlin, Robert Thomas, Sam Reinhart, Sergei Bobrovsky, and Boone Jenner.
If we count both team captains, he was selected in the 10th round, which isn't surprising given the quality of players present and the fact that it's in Toronto, the Canadiens' historic rival.
Without taking anything away from Cole Caufield and Juraj Slafkovsky, it can be said that Nick will finally be part of a team with great talent. It will be very interesting to see what he can do with players of such high caliber.
