8 new signings with the Montreal Canadiens and it's on
Hockey is just around the corner, as the Canadiens will begin their training camp in about two weeks.
Several players have already arrived, and the count is increasing daily. This is great for preparation!
This will be a season of progression, and even if the Habs don't make the playoffs, as long as there's a good show and improvement, it will be great.
8 New signings for the Canadiens
Right before training camp, there's the rookie camp. Every year, the Canadiens invite players on professional tryouts, and there are eight this year.
«The Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club announced on Friday their roster for the 2024 rookie camp, which will begin on Wednesday, September 11, with medical and physical tests at the CN Sports Complex. [...]
Of the 23 players participating in rookie camp, there are 14 forwards, seven defensemen, and two goaltenders. Of this group, 14 players were drafted by the Canadiens, including two selected in the most recent NHL Draft. Eight players have also been invited on professional tryouts.»
