BREAKING: major trade between the Avalanche and the Predators
In the last minutes, a major transaction has taken place between the Nashville Predators and the Colorado Avalanche.
The Predators have traded away center Ryan Johansen in exchange for Alex Galchenyuk's rights, which now go to Nashville.
The Predators also retain half of Johansen's 8 million dollar salary, which is valid for two more seasons.
The move signifies a potential shakeup in Nashville, as well as a new opportunity for Galchenyuk with the Predators.
