Breaking: Tony Marinaro speaks out on Kirby Dach's injury, and the Montreal Canadiens are in trouble
It was Sportsnet journalist Eric Engels who mentioned yesterday that, according to his information, Kirby Dach's season could be in jeopardy.
However, he is the only one willing to make a definitive statement on this matter, as no one else dares to pronounce, not even the Canadiens. It was during his appearance on Tony Marinaro's podcast that he finally received significant support, as Tony went even further.
Indeed, Engels only mentioned that Dach would be out for an extended period, while remaining cautious. Tony boldly stated the real deal.
"I can tell you that I can confirm Eric Engels' information and tell you that Kirby Dach's season is over. Once again, it's not official because the Montreal Canadiens haven't confirmed it yet, but we are both very confident with the information we have that his season is over."
- Tony Marinaro
Usually, when Tony Marinaro speaks in this manner, it's because he has reliable sources of information. He doesn't seem to have any doubt, which is very concerning.
Unfortunately, I believe we should prepare for the worst.
