Fantastic last-minute announcement from the Canadiens : the fans are greatly delighted

We have just learned some fantastic news from the Montreal Canadiens.

The organization will hold an intrasquad game for the prospects present at the development camp, which will be broadcast live for fans of the Tricolore.

Here are the details revealed by the CH:

"The Canadiens' development camp has been underway since Saturday, and 37 Tricolore prospects are trying to make a good impression on the team's management, at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard.

A 50-minute intrasquad game will be broadcast on the Canadiens' platforms at the conclusion of the camp, starting at 11 am on Tuesday, July 4th.

Here is the planned format:

-A six-minute warm-up
-Two 25-minute periods, played 4-on-4 without stoppages in play
-Two minutes with stoppages at the end of each period
-A game per period, with the score reset to 0-0 at the intermission
-Each penalty will result in a penalty shot

Sébastien Goulet will be in charge of the French commentary, and the event will be broadcast live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook." - Montreal Canadiens
