Huge statement concerning the future of Brendan Gallagher
Brendan Gallagher's performances have been greatly affected by injuries in recent years, having been limited to only 37 games in 2022-2023 due to two ankle fractures that kept him out of play.
However, when the Canadiens' assistant captain is at 100%, he can have a major impact on the success of the Habs. Indeed, in his last two full seasons in the NHL, the small forward reached the impressive milestone of 30 goals. He notably crossed the 50-point threshold in those two seasons.
In this regard, he gave a very encouraging update on his health, stating that he felt super good and was ready to tackle the new season. One thing is for sure, if Martin St. Louis can count on a fully healthy Gallagher, it could change many things for the CH in 2023-2024.

Now 31 years old, Brendan Gallagher will play his 12th season within the organization, having amassed 202 goals and 193 assists (395 points) in 675 games since his arrival in Montreal.
