Kent Hughes made a significant statement about Cayden Primeau
The situation with the Canadiens' goalies is far from easy right now. Kent Hughes stated at the beginning of the season that he would try to resolve the situation quickly, but it seems to be dragging on.
Not only do we have no idea when the situation will be resolved, but we also don't know who will be leaving.
Renaud Lavoie spoke with the Canadiens' GM about it, and here's what he had to say:

"Is it ideal? No. But one thing is certain, we want to protect an important asset in the team. We've invested in him over the past few years, and we won't place him on waivers. It won't happen.
