Kent Hughes makes a personnel move regarding the goaltenders
Kent Hughes's primary job is to assemble all the pieces for a winning team in Montreal, but he also needs to ensure that everything runs smoothly down in Laval with the Rocket.
With Jakub Dobes starting to play well, he has decided to send goaltender Zachary Émond back to the Trois-Rivières Lions. Émond will support Joe Vrbetic, who recently won the ECHL's Goaltender of the Week award.
Kent Hughes is creating healthy competition within the Canadiens' organization at all levels. This will allow the goaltenders to develop and push each other to excel.
