Major last-minute announcement for two important prospects of the Montreal Canadiens
A very exciting announcement has just surfaced regarding two prospects from the Montreal Canadiens. It has been revealed that the promising Lane Hutson and the recent third-round draft pick, Jacob Fowler, will be participating in the U.S. Under-20 national team's summer camp in preparation for the 2024 World Junior Hockey Championship.
While Hutson's spot is already secured, as he represented his country last year, Fowler's position is not guaranteed, but he has very good chances of making it into the official roster.
If everything goes as planned, Fowler is expected to be the backup goaltender behind Trey Augustine, who was the team's starting goalie last year.
The camp is set to begin this Thursday, and we will keep you updated on the latest developments.
If both of these prospects make the Team USA roster, there will undoubtedly be significant interest in following Team USA's games in December.
