The Canadiens announce a special event
The Canadiens' organization announced earlier today with great pleasure that Pierre Turgeon will be honored at the Bell Centre on November 14th.
"MONTREAL � A day after being inducted into hockey history, Pierre Turgeon will be honored once more on home ice.
Elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2023 on June 21, Turgeon will officially join the pantheon during a ceremony in Toronto on Nov. 13. Then on Nov. 14, he'll take his place among Canadiens legends on the team's Ring of Honor during an unveiling at the Bell Centre."

Turgeon didn't stay in Montreal for long, but he still became the captain and scored 96 points in 80 games during his only full season with the team. In total, he amassed 1,327 points in 1,294 NHL games, marking a remarkable career!
