The Montreal Canadiens have announced a late-breaking press conference
Today, the Montreal Canadiens organization officially announced the signing of forward Alex Newhook. In celebration of this great occasion, the 22-year-old will be holding a press conference later today at 2PM to discuss his new contract and plans for the upcoming season.

This is a prime opportunity for fans to hear from Newhook himself about his decision to join the Canadiens' roster for the 2021-22 NHL season.
Last season with the Colorado Avalanche, Newhook recorded 14 goals and 16 assists in 82 games played. He now has an excellent chance to prove that he can rise to a top-6 role in the NHL.
Hockey enthusiasts are certainly eager to see him in action during training camp and beyond.
