The rumors are intensifying regarding the possibility of seeing Patrick Roy in Ottawa
During his press conference this morning, Patrick Roy officially confirmed his departure from the Quebec Remparts organization. Although many rumors suggested the possibility of him making a return to the NHL next season, Patrick Roy denied the talks, mentioning that no team had contacted him so far. However, the situation could change rapidly.
Indeed, the group led by businessman Michael Andlauer, a minority shareholder of the Montreal Canadiens, just recently acquired the Ottawa Senators for over $950 million.
