Change to the Canadiens' lineup: Martin St-Louis makes an important decision
The Canadiens will play their first game of the season tonight, and for the occasion, the lineup has been known since Tuesday's practice.
Indeed, almost all the reporters on site have reported the same lineup as follows:
Caufield - Suzuki - Slafkovsky
Newhook - Dach - Armia
Barré-Boulet - Dvorak - Anderson
Heineman - Evans - Gallagher
Extras: Kapanen and Pezzetta
It seems that this is not accurate, and the corrected current lineup has been released by the organization. The last two lines are therefore reversed, and Christian Dvorak's line will play as the fourth line.
It seems like all the reporters have seen Dvorak's line on the top 9, but it isn't true. Josh Anderson, Christian Dvorak and ABB will play as the fourth line.
So we can say that Jake Evans has really stepped up to surpass Christian Dvorak. Young Emil Heineman has as well, and what can we say about Brendan Gallagher, who has undoubtedly worked very hard.
It's concerning regarding the two veterans Dvorak and Anderson. I expected more from them. Let's hope Alex Barré-Boulet will be able to spark them to get them going.
