Cole Caufield lashes out at a journalist and he's absolutely right
Players often face a variety of questions during interviews, and for the Montreal Canadiens, this reality is very prominent. Cole Caufield was the target of a question that didn't sit well with him.
Indeed, when a question crosses the line or is inappropriate, players might lose their temper, but not Cole.
It's clear that the forward is already used to more questionable questions, and he has learned how to handle these situations.
"Dumb shit like this reminds me why I stopped paying attention to pressers like I used to" - HFTV
Indeed, Cole was asked if the recent results negatively impacted the players' mindset. His response was just perfect, and the journalist will have to remember it.
I love it! Most journalists do an outstanding job, and I greatly respect their dedication. However, sometimes questions stray from what is important, and it's good that players don't get involved.
