Kaiden Guhle is part of the Canadiens' long list of injuries, while several important players in the organization are on the sidelines.

Along with Juraj Slafkovsky, Patrik Laine, Justin Barron and Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, among others, Guhle must wait for the green light from the doctors.

Arber Xhekaj also missed games, but not due to injury. He was left out by Martin St. Louis for two games, a decision that was not unanimous among fans.

Returning to the game on Saturday evening, the Sheriff decided to honor his habits, even if his teammate Guhle was not present. He brought it to life for a moment, as he replicated their pre-match routine even though he wasn't there.

Guhle was the victim of a strong hit, which caused him to miss two weeks of activity so far. He really needs to learn to protect himself and stop making himself vulnerable.

In his absence, the Canadian obtained only one victory and it was that of Saturday evening, at the Bell Centre. It must be said that their opponent wasn't the toughest either.

Cole Caufield scored his 7th goal of the season and Arber Xhekaj played an honest match, without more or less. Kirby Dach finally scored his first of the season, and Josh Anderson was injured.

Kent Hughes announced the recall of Lucas Condotta after the match, to join the CH in Philadelphia for Sunday evening's match. The Canadian will have a great challenge, but the Flyers are really within their reach.

Hopefully the players will show up with the knife between their teeth, because John Tortorella's men don't have the luxury of being able to take a night off.
