Kirby Dach back in the lineup tonight? It has just been confirmed, and the wait is not yet over for him
As we learned on Friday, Kirby Dach and Christin Dvorak accompanied their teammates for the long trip out west.
This is excellent news because it means that both should start practicing with the team in the coming days.
Several very optimistic fans even believed that Dach could return to action as early as Saturday night, but that won't happen.
The Canadiens have confirmed that the only changes to the lineup are at the starting goalie position and Jayden Struble, who takes the place of Johnathan Kovacevic.
So, the wait will have to continue for Kirby Dach, not surprisingly. He hasn't yet practiced with contact with his teammates.
However, it's only a matter of time before he returns to action, at least during practices. He's working very hard to come back during the campaign, and he could well achieve it. He's on the right track.
