Kirby Dach in pain again: a 3rd worrying moment for the forward
When we see Kirby Dach in pain, we all hold our breath because we all know his immense talent, but also his immense fragility.
We tend to say that his teammates should start paying more attention to him and ease up on him, as mentioned by Habs on Reddit.
"So Kirby Dach got high-sticked yesterday, he got high-sticked today & he also fell awkwardly along the boards today? And it's only day 3 of Habs training camp?
Can we please just protect this man?"

In reality, it's Kirby Dach himself who needs to learn to protect himself better. He excels at using his body to shield the puck and create plays, but too often forgets to protect himself in the process and ends up injured.
In this video, nothing serious happened, but his teammates' reactions say a lot. Everyone is worried and knows he is fragile. Dach absolutely needs to be more careful.
In my opinion, even his teammates shouldn't go easy on him-quite the opposite. I'm glad to see he's being heavily challenged. No one on other teams will go easy on him; he's too good for that.
Kirby Dach will be a targeted player by other teams, and that's a fact. He must protect himself better and, above all, stay healthy to dispel the concerns about his fragility.
