Montreal Canadiens' Concerning Announcement: Complications Ahead of the Game Involving Defenseman Jayden Stuble
As you are aware, defenseman Jayden Struble got injured in a peculiar way last week, as there wasn't really a specific incident. The defenseman went into an opponent and bang, he couldn't put weight on his leg anymore.
After a few days of absence, he was practicing regularly on the third pairing alongside Jordan Harris on Monday. However, he was not present for the morning skate on Tuesday.
"Defenseman Jayden Struble will not participate in today's morning skate (therapy day)." - Montreal Canadiens
Has Struble worsened his injury during practice? Could Johnathan Kovacevic take his place tonight? It's quite concerning.
Since his arrival with the Canadiens earlier this season, his contribution has been immediate, and he has never let up in intensity. Struble has become an important member of the Canadiens' defensive corps.
