New heartbreak for Brendan Gallagher, and we're thinking of him

The first thing that comes to mind when we think of bad news regarding Brendan Gallagher is related to injuries. Rest assured, the forward is doing well in that regard.

The second aspect concerns his personal life. We know that Gally is engaged to Emma Fortin, and that is also going well.

Brendan is going through tough times because his mother has a terrible and aggressive cancer, a glioblastoma, which is a rapidly multiplying and unpredictable brain tumor.

Brendan's sister, Bree Gallagher, has shared a link to support brain cancer. Donations are welcome to aid in the research of this terrible disease.

Our thoughts are with Brendan and his family in these difficult times.
