The Canadiens love to go big, and every member of the organization dedicates their time to help create wonderful moments.
During the presentation of the Canadiens' Hockey School, three players from the team surprised the young attendees by gracing them with their presence.
Jayden Struble, Samuel Montembeault, and Raphaël Harvey-Pinard were present. While it's not very surprising for Monty and RHP, it is more so for Struble.
The defenseman is spending the summer in Montreal, training with the Canadiens' facilities and staff. This should be very beneficial for him during the camp in September.
With the congestion on the left side of the defense, Struble has no choice but to stand out early if he hopes for a regular role. Kaiden Guhle, Michael Matheson, and Arber Xhekaj were ahead of him last year.
Speaking of Xhekaj, Struble has a great opportunity here, as the hulking Arber underwent shoulder surgery and must work on his rehabilitation before training fully.
Struble has a clear advantage here. And if the Canadiens' goal is to trade him, Struble will be ready for his new challenge.
One thing is certain, it was a very nice gesture by the three young players, and the fans who were present must be delighted!
