The Canadiens adjusts their lineup : Jacob Perreault is now back with the Trois-Rivières Lions
The young 22-year-old forward, selected in the first round of the 2020 draft by the Anaheim Ducks, returns from injury after spending a while on the Habs' injured list.
Having been acquired in a trade involving Jan Mysak, Perreault is now making his return to the game and we hope it goes well for him
This personnel move is particularly interesting, as Perreault is considered a prospect with good potential for the Montreal organization. He is a talented player who collected 20 points during his last season in the American Hockey League.
If he performs with the Lions, don't be surprised to see him return to the Laval Rocket.
Let's face it, it's only a matter of time before we find out if he can climb the hierarchy and become a key element in the future of the Habs.
Only 22 years old, the son of Yannic Perreault, formerly of the Montreal Canadiens, collected two points in 13 games with the Laval Rocket last season. He only played one career game in the NHL, with the Anaheim Ducks.
We wish him a safe return!
