The Trevor Zegras situation is making headlines again, and the Canadiens will have their eyes on him
The rumors linking Trevor Zegras to Montreal have been circulating for several months. The connection is easily made with Cole Caufield and Martin St-Louis, and Ducks GM Pat Verbeek is reportedly listening to offers.
However, it hasn't been a great season for the forward, who has been injured more often than not. This situation is about to change as he is now back on the ice, fully dressed, and practicing with his teammates.
"Super sign" that Trevor Zegras was back on the ice in full gear at Great Park Ice this morning.
Not only is his return good news for hockey in general, but it's also timely with the trade deadline less than 72 hours away.
Kent Hughes or another GM might be tempted to make a move before Friday, especially if Zegras has time to play at least one game before then.
