The Laval Rocket announced an update in the last minutes regarding four players.

First, Vincent Arseneau is injured in the upper body, Laurent Dauphin in the lower body and Brandon Gignac is sick.

The worst news come from the young Slovak Filip Mesar. He injured his lower body and will miss 8 to 10 weeks.

What bad news, especially since Mesar was doing great since the beginning of the season, with a harvest of five points in five games.

Forwards Vincent Arseneau (upper body injury), Laurent Dauphin (lower body injury) and Brandon Gignac (ill) are evaluated on a day-to-day basis.

Forward Filip Me�ár (lower body injury) will be sidelined for a period of 8 to 10 weeks.

Let's just say that the team's fans are very disappointed with this announcement, regarding the young 20-year-old forward:

The Rocket is off to a great start to the season, with a record of 5 wins and 1 loss, good for second place in the American Hockey League's North Division.

The next duel for Pascal Vincent's squad is this Wednesday, live from Place Bell, with a visit from the Utica Comets, the New Jersey Devils' farm club.

Note that Laval will have the chance to see Lucas Condotta again with the team for the next game, since the Montreal Canadiens sent him back to the farm club this morning.
