Tragic death in the Canadiens' circle and it is truly sad
It's with great sadness that, still reeling from the death of Johnny Gaudreau, we learn of the passing of a former Canadiens player who also left us too soon.
Larry Trader, who played for the Detroit Red Wings, the St. Louis Blues, and the Canadiens, has sadly passed away at the age of 61.
He notably played alongside Guy Carbonneau, Mats Naslund, Stéphane Richer, and others during a memorable era with the Canadiens.
Our thoughts are with Larry Trader's family and loved ones. May he forever be remembered among the NHL Alumni.
